Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for further information.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@zenovahub.shop.

Exchanges

  1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  2. If you need an exchange, please contact support@zenovahub.shop with your order details and clear images of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

  1. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  2. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
